Order Cancellation
All orders can be canceled until timeline ends. However, you must communicate with us within 2 hours mentioning your order informations if your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it. If you forget to mention order details and once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
We offer a 100 deep pocket back guarantee on all products that are bad or damaged during shipping. Just let us know, we will furnish a return address and a fill-in or refund as preferred.
If you're unsatisfied with your order – please get our support. We will do our best to help you out! Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We don't issue the refund if: your order doesn't arrive due to factors within your control (e.g delivering the wrong shipping address)
